Code of Ethics.
How we work with students, families and institutions. Every member of our team follows it, and anyone can hold us to it.
-
Honesty
We give students accurate, complete information about programs, costs, requirements and their chances, including when the answer is no.
-
No guarantees
We never promise admission, scholarships, funding, a study permit or visa, a job or immigration status. Those decisions belong to institutions and governments.
-
Not immigration advice
We do not give immigration or visa advice and do not prepare immigration applications. We refer students to a licensed professional or the government service of the country they are going to.
-
Genuine documents
We never create, alter or submit false documents, and we do not work with anyone who does. Suspected fraud ends our involvement.
-
Accurate representation of institutions
We describe each institution’s programs, requirements and costs exactly as the institution publishes them.
-
Clear fees
Students know before they start which services are paid and what they cost. Prices are confirmed in writing before any paid service is booked.
-
Transparency about commissions
We apply through our partners, an international student recruitment platform. When a student we refer enrols, the school pays a commission, and part of it comes to us through our partners. We name them to every student before we create their profile, and a commission never decides which program we recommend.
-
Consent and privacy
We share a student’s information only to apply where the student asks us to, and keep it no longer than we need it.
-
Respect and fairness
We treat every student and family with respect, without discrimination of any kind.
-
Accountability
Anyone can raise a concern with us, and we answer every one in writing.
