Our services
StudyDoor gives education guidance and application support to students and families, and recruitment support to institutions. Optional services such as airport meet-and-greet, transportation, settlement guidance and local orientation are paid, and their price is confirmed in writing before they are booked.
How we apply
StudyDoor applies through its partners, an international student recruitment platform. With your consent, we create your student profile and submit your applications on our partners’ platform, and we tell you who they are before we do. Their own terms and privacy policy apply to what you do on their platform.
No guarantees
Admission, scholarships, funding, visas, study permits and other decisions are made by institutions and governments. We do not guarantee any of them.
Not immigration advice
StudyDoor does not give immigration or visa advice. For a study permit or a student visa, speak with a licensed professional or the official government service of the country you are going to. In Canada, that is a licensed immigration consultant (RCIC) regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, a Canadian lawyer, or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Your information and documents
You agree to give us accurate information and genuine documents. We will not submit any document we believe to be false, and we may stop working with anyone who asks us to.
Fees and cancellations
Schools set their own application fees. Fees for our paid services, and what happens if a service is cancelled, are set out in writing before you book. Nothing is charged without your agreement.

This website gives general information. Costs, rules and requirements change; check them with the institution or the government before you rely on them. Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
