How it works
Four steps, and you are part of every decision.
-
Tell us about you
One form, about ten minutes: who you are, your studies so far, your English test if you have one, and what you want next.
-
Choose your programs
We come back with programs that fit, in the countries you picked, and talk them through with you.
-
We apply for you
We prepare and submit each application: through the province’s or the school’s own system in Canada, or our partners’ platform for the other countries.
-
Offer to first day
We follow every application to a decision, then help with your deposit, your visa steps and your arrival.
What we do for you
-
Program matching
Programs compared on your marks, your goals, your budget and the country you want, with the requirements spelled out.
-
Your application, done with you
We prepare your applications, check your documents and submit them: through the province’s or the school’s own system in Canada, or our partners’ platform for the other countries.
-
Offers and next steps
We follow up with the schools, explain each offer and what it asks of you, and help you choose.
-
Funding guidance
What is affordable, plus scholarships, bursaries and, for students in Canada, government aid such as Canada Student Grants and Loans and OSAP. Funding is never guaranteed.
-
Pre-departure guidance
Practical preparation before you travel: housing, what to pack and your first-week tasks. Not immigration advice.
-
Arrival in Canada
Optional paid services when you land in Canada: an airport meet-and-greet, a ride, settlement help and a local orientation.
What it costs: Canada, for example
Official national averages. We look up the real numbers for each program and country.

$7,734 a year
Average undergraduate tuition, Canadian students (Statistics Canada, 2025/2026).
-
$41,746 a year
Average undergraduate tuition, international students (Statistics Canada, 2025/2026).
-
$24,028 a year

About funding, visas and how we are paid.
Scholarships and visas are decided by schools and governments and are never guaranteed, and we do not give immigration advice. When a student enrols, the school pays a commission, part of which comes to us through our partners. It never decides what we recommend.
Housing and safety
-
Choose your housing
Residence, homestay, a rental, or a short stay first while you view places.
-
Never pay unseen
Do not send money for a place you have not seen or before you have checked who owns it.
-
Save the emergency number
911 in Canada and the US, 999 or 112 in the UK and Ireland, 000 in Australia, 112 in Germany.
-
Know the scams
Government agencies will not threaten you or ask for gift cards or cryptocurrency.
